• Demolish damaged hearth and brick flooring within work area
• Prepare substrate and pour new concrete infill at former fireplace location
• Reframe fireplace opening and surrounding wall structure
• Install new framing members and blocking as required
• Install new plywood backing over former fireplace opening to create a solid substrate
• Install insulation within newly framed wall cavity
• Modify and relocate electrical devices as required

  • Schedule

  • Warranty
    Maker's Friend warrants workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of substantial completion. This warranty excludes normal wear and tear, misuse, abuse, acts of nature, and pre-existing conditions.
  • Cancellation
    Deposits become non-refundable once project planning, scheduling, material procurement, or project preparation has commenced.
