This project consists of a complete gut renovation and custom rebuild of the existing bathroom, including full demolition and removal of existing finishes, fixtures, tile, and necessary wall and floor materials.
the bathroom will be rebuilt from the framing and substrate forward, including all required plumbing and electrical modifications, wall and floor preparation, waterproofing, and installation of the tub and new fixtures.
design will feature extensive high-end, small-format tile work throughout, including detailed wall layouts, decorative borders, checkerboard floor tile, specialty transitions, custom mosaic artwork, and carefully finished corners, edges, and penetrations. the entire sink and vanity area will be custom fabricated on site, including construction of a built-in cement vanity and integrated cement sink basin, waterproofing, proper drainage and slope, and detailed tile installation across the basin, countertop, backsplash, vertical faces, and returns.
the project includes all necessary finish work, grouting, sealant, drywall and plaster repairs, painting, fixture and accessory installation, final detailing, jobsite protection, debris removal, and cleanup to deliver a fully completed, high-end custom bathroom.
